Don graduated from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in 1976 and in 1981 he earned his Chartered Accountant designation. In addition, Don completed his Master of Business Administration at Athabasca University in 1999.
Don was awarded the Fellow of the Chartered Accountants in 2011 and is a highly respected member of the accounting community.
Don is passionate about being involved in the community, and has served on a number of Boards, including the Local Authorities Pension Plan, Alberta Health Services, University of Alberta, Alberta Hospital Edmonton, Edmonton Police Commission, Athabasca University and Children’s Health Centre (Stollery).
Don is a proud grandfather and when he is not spending time with his grandkids, you can find him woodworking or on the golf course.
Don retired from the partnership in 2021.
